Program Overview

Full Sail’s curriculum is specifically designed to pair art and technology, inspiring both sides of your brain, and helping bring your ideas to life. Throughout the Digital Arts & Design Degree Program, you’ll explore the entire design process, from concept to creation, presentation to implementation. In our studios and labs, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the current hardware and software used by professionals in the design world.

As you master these concepts, you’ll be challenged to think about design in a new way—understand the message you are trying to convey and why, and who your audience is. And you’ll do that across a wide spectrum of design projects, including 2D and 3D art, motion graphics, video game content, digital publishing, typography and page layout, digital video, web design, and more.

Learning the essential art and technology elements of this field is just one part of the Digital Arts & Design program. You’ll also learn computer business applications, personal finance management, communication skills, and how to prepare yourself for that first step into the design industry. To help you make that transition, we’ve also got a team of Career Development professionals that will help you polish your interviewing skills and resume and get you ready to enter the industry. In addition, our Career Development services and advisors will be available for support and assistance throughout your career – not just during your education.
